Utah an exception to the Real Estate Bubble!
October 19, 2005
Utahns face little risk of plummeting real estate prices or "bubble". In recent months, Utah has had strong growth over last year but this is less than surrounding states. Our 9.1% increase is less than the national average of 13.4%. There is still room for strong appreciation in Utah. Being that we are increasing at a slower rate than other states, we will be less affected by the bubble. Check out http://sltrib.com/ci_3129714 for more information.
