• Sundance condos are starting to increase rental revenues, occupancy and income. I have 4 condos 4 sale here and all have been updated. 2010/02/12
• It's getting harder to do loans on second homes. Fannie mae does not want to do them if they allow short term rentals. Makes it very tough 2010/01/30
