Park City Real Estate to turn around (hopefully) this year!
Posted on | November 15, 2009 | 2 Comments
For the last 2 years, Park City has taken a beating on sale prices. Prices have fallen anywhere from 30 to 45%. It has also seen its share of foreclosures and short sales. This year (along with a good snow year) we should see prices starting to stabilize. I don’t think we are out of it yet but if you are thinking of buying I suggest this winter.
As for the “hotel condos”, these are still going to be difficult to get loans. You will need a good chunk of downpayment and some patience. I have a great mortgage person who is familar with these loans and can help.

Scott, what’s the average price for an entry level condo?

Jim,
Park City condo average sales price is just under $400,000. But you can find park city condos in the $200,000 and $300,000 easily. Let me know if you want a list of condos?
